About the Polarity Barn
 

The Polarity Barn is the home of Esoteric Polarity Trainings, Spirit School
(spiritschool.net), and weekly Yoga classes. Nestled in a spectacular,serene
pastoral setting, the renovated pole barn is now a cedar sided building which
houses a large, open light filled space. The Barn boasts fabulous views,
hardwood floors, a deck, sauna, and use of our outdoor hot tub. This heart-
warming space truly creates an atmosphere of inspiration and healing. The
Barn is available for workshops, as is our truly charming B&B cottage.

The Polarity Barn
  
 
Instructor: Beth Goldstein- MA, RPP- has been a student of polarity for over 20 years. She has received training in Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia, and Mexico and has taught at the Virginia School of Massage and privately for 15 years. Her APP level classes are registered with the APTA. Beth also holds a Masters Degree in educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and co-teaches in Spirit School with Christin McCormack
  
 

 

  
 

Directions to The Polarity Barn:

From 66 West (Washington, DC and points North):
Take I-66 W towards Manassas. Merge onto 29 S via exit 43A. Follow 29 S through Charlottesville and merge onto 64 W. Take exit 107 and turn right on 250E. Go 1.5 miles and take right on Miller School Rd (Rt 635). Go 2.6 miles and take right on Dick Woods Rd (Rt 637). Go 1.4 miles, white farmhouse on right. Park in parking area; the Polarity Barn is around back.

From I-81 (Winchester, Roanoke):
Take I-81 towards Staunton. Merge onto 64 E via exit 221. Merge onto 250E via exit 99 toward Afton/Charlottesville. Go 4.5 miles and take a right on Plank Rd. Go 3.5 miles and take left on Dick Woods Rd. Go .7 miles, white farmhouse on left. Park in parking area; the Polarity Barn is around back.

From 29 S (Lynchburg, Danville):
Take 29 N. 19.7 miles north of Lovingston, take a left on Plank Rd. Go 6.2 miles. Take sharp right on Dick Woods Rd. Go .7 miles, white farmhouse on left. Park in parking area; the Polarity Barn is around back.
