The Polarity Barn is the home of trainings in Mind/Body Integration, Polarity Therapy, Spirit School (spiritschool.net), and weekly Yoga classes. Nestled in a spectacular,serene pastoral setting, the renovated pole barn is now a cedar sided building which houses a large, open light filled space. The Barn boasts fabulous views, hardwood floors, a deck, sauna, and use of our outdoor hot tub. This heart- warming space truly creates an atmosphere of inspiration and healing.
