a dynamic series of workshops on
Manifesting Your Heart’s Desires
Partnering with body/mind/spirit and the elements of nature
to create the life you want!

Each workshop in this series offers a unique and exciting opportunity to acknowledge and honor our gifts as co-creators of our lives. Our thoughts, feelings, and subsequent actions define our life experiences. This course explores our intentions and our relationships with our bodies, our minds, our emotions, our belief systems, and our connection with the elements of nature.

We use a variety of experiential techniques such as guided meditations, intuitive and grounding exercises, journaling, inspirational music, element-centered yoga, and healing touch. The touch therapy, polarity bodywork, balances the flow of life-force in the body, and is based on the five-element chakra system. Playfully learn how to enjoy the process as much as the manifestation! The goal of each course is for personal healing, intuitive awareness, and transformation through learning, laughter, and fun. Dream Big!
